- BEST ALL AROUND FLY ROD : The 5/6 wt 9 ft fly rod is perfect all around size to catch most fish. Made of durable IM8 matte black graphite, this fly rod will last you a lifetime! The Western-style cork handle provides a comfortable grip, while the stainless steel stripper guide and silicon carbide rings ensure smooth, accurate casting every time. Plus, the lock ring provide extra security when fighting big fish.
- EXPERT FLY REEL: When you reel in heavy fish, the friction on cheaper spinning reels will produce heat and can break. Because the Fortis Reel is CNC Machined, it will never break when you need it the most. It features an 85mm diameter quick release spool, adjustable disc drag and a one-way clutch bearing. It comes preinstalled with a WF5-F floating fly line, weight forward 5, floating fly line, 20# white backing and 9’ 5X tapered leader. You can easily change it from left to right hand retrieve.
- GREAT FOR BEGINNERS: The Fortis Package includes everything you need to start fly fishing: 5.25" x 3.5" x 1.25" waterproof fly box - 18 flies; size 12, black winged ant (qty6); size 12, parachute adams (qty6); size 12, tungsten bead head gold ribbed hare's ear nymph (qty6) SPARE LEADERS: 9’ 5X tapered leader, qty. 2 TIPPET: 5X, 4.4lb. test, 30 meters ACCESSORIES: retractable reel (qty2), line nipper with nail knot tying tool & poker for cleaning hook eyes (qty1), 6” stainless forceps
- PERFECT GIFT: The Deluxe Package comes with a durable case for travel and storage. The case features a 32-inch PVC rod tube, reel pouch, fly box and ample space for any additional fishing gear. A 4-section cloth rod bag with ties is also included. It's also the perfect gift for your loved ones or friends who love fishing.
- BEST PLACES TO USE: This combo package is perfect for fishing in streams, rivers, lakes and ponds. With this well-crafted rod, you can catch trout, panfish or small bass with ease. The rod's medium-fast action will make learning to cast a fly rod a breeze.
