CHOCOLATELY & DELICIOUS Chocolate covered blueberries are a top seller from Wilbur’s of Maine Chocolate Confections. Founded in 1983, on the premise of premium products served locally, we invite you to try our decadent products. Enjoy the taste of Maine, as our family business is expanding, we are granted the opportunity to share our treats and values nationwide. Our blueberries are a particular treat as Maine is renown for their vibrant growth. This regional trait brings inspiration to every bite encased in smooth, creamy chocolate; surrounding a juicy, antioxidant-rich whole dried blueberry. Delicious and sweet blueberries are dried covered in Wilbur's of Maine's own mix of white and milk chocolate. Dried blueberries are coated with luscious chocolate for a taste so fresh you’ll think you picked them yourself. Our chocolate covered blueberries are crafted in revolving kettles which coat individual dried fruit center with the finest chocolate. This final layer of chocolate is called “panned”, this is where a blue hue is added and we craft a decadent chocolate fruit candy morsel. Bring a taste of Maine to your door like so many others! Come visit us in Maine, we offer hands on factory tours in the production facility.
