Tie Down Engineering 86295 Modular Marine Bunk Guide On

Make launching and retrieving your boat easier than ever with Tie Down’s Modular Boat Trailer Bunk Glide Kit.This system features durable, interlocking glide-on sections that dramatically reduce friction between your boat and trailer bunks—making loading and unloading faster, smoother, and less stressful. Designed specifically to fit 2x6 wooden bunk boards (carpet must be removed), these glide strips are ideal for pontoons, fishing boats, and other watercraft. Each kit includes four 36" center sections and four 12" end sections made from rugged polymer materials that hold up to years of marine use. The black center slides are molded from Super Tough Polypropylene for strength and flexibility, while the end pieces are made from HDPE resin for reliable support at contact points. The diamond-textured surface improves durability while helping align your boat during loading. With components designed to cover bunk lengths up to 16 feet (or two 8-foot bunks), this modular kit is perfect for both DIY upgrades and trailer rebuilds. Stainless steel self-tapping screws are included for secure installation into reinforced mounting zones.Whether you're upgrading from worn-out carpet or outfitting a brand-new trailer, this kit offers better protection for your wood bunks and a more efficient experience at the boat ramp.
