Tapcraft - Rams Head Bock Lager - Bock Beer Recipe Ingredient Kit - 5 Gallon Beer Making Kit - Make Beer at Home, Great DIY Gift

Bock is a rich and malty German beer, characterized by its amber or brownish color and strong body. The emphasis is on the malty flavors from German-style malts, with the hops providing just enough bitterness to prevent the beer from tasting overly sweet or syrupy. The dark color is achieved through the use of darker base malts, such as Munich Malt, as well as some specialty grains. Enjoying a bock is simple: pour it into a large, sturdy glass or stein, then settle into a comfortable armchair and prepare for a leisurely experience of sipping and savoring. This is a lager recipe, so precise fermentation control is essential. Please note that the picture represents this product, but ingredients may vary from recipe to recipe.
