Susie's Smart Breakfast Cookie Healthy Omega-3s and Protein rich Soft Chewy Home-baked Cookie, Coconut/Banana, 3.57 Ounce (Pack of 18), 64.26 Ounce

Hi, I'm Susie and I created these all-natural, high Omega-3 Breakfast Cookies after writing a history of the Omega-3 fatty acid research: The Queen of Fats Why Omega-3s were removed from the Western diet and what we can do to replace them (University of California Press, 2006). I wanted to make something that would be a vegetarian, sustainable, and effective way for my family to boost their Omega-3s those heart-healthy, fast-acting fats that are vital for every tissue and cell in our body. And I wanted it to be all natural (of course!) and super satisfying and delicious something that would keep my daughters (and now grandsons!) going for hours. I didn't know it then, but what I wound up creating is the ultimate convenience food. Susie's Smart Breakfast Cookies are a great breakfast to go or anytime snack. (They are also wonderful for lunch along with a cup of soup or yogurt.) Each individually-wrapped cookie has 8 grams of protein and 20 grams of whole grains, as well as the 2 grams of Omega-3s. They are loaded with oatmeal and dried apples and other fruits so they will really keep you going for whatever your day brings! Because they provide such perfect portion control, they even help with dieting! Please give them a try and let me know what you think. Also please know that our Breakfast Cookies are shipped directly to you from our bakery, which has the highest health and safety standards. In this time of social distancing, you don't have to leave your home to have a supply of these healthy, all natural meal replacements on hand.Be well,Susie
