- FORM-FITTING LYCRA - The Reinsman Lycra Fly Mask utilizes Lycra fabric known for its elasticity and form-fitting nature. This ensures the mask stays comfortably in place on the horse's face without being too tight or restrictive. The stretchiness of Lycra allows the mask to conform to the contours of the horse's head, providing a secure fit that prevents insects from accessing sensitive areas
- LIGHTWEIGHT AND SOFT - Crafted from lightweight Lycra, this fly mask is exceptionally soft to the touch, enhancing comfort for the horse. The fabric's breathability ensures airflow while protecting against flies, mosquitoes, and gnats. This lightweight design makes it suitable for horses to wear for extended periods without causing discomfort or irritation
- CONVENIENT BACK TAB - Designed with a practical tab on the back, the Reinsman Lycra Fly Mask facilitates effortless handling during application and removal. This feature is especially beneficial when fitting the mask over the horse's poll and down its neck. It allows handlers to adjust the mask quickly and securely, making it convenient for use in various situations, such as during grooming or turnout
- EFFECTIVE UV PROTECTION - The Lycra fabric used in the fly mask provides effective UV protection, blocking up to 60% of harmful ultraviolet rays. This protection helps shield the horse's sensitive skin from sunburn and potential long-term damage caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight. Whether used in the pasture or during turnout, the UV-resistant properties of the fly mask contribute to maintaining the horse's skin health and overall well-being
- STRUCTURED MESH - Featuring black mesh over the ears and eyes, the fly mask maintains its shape while ensuring the horse's comfort. The mesh is designed to be structurally stiff enough to hold its form, preventing it from sagging or interfering with the horse's ability to hear or see clearly. This structured design allows for optimal airflow and ventilation while effectively shielding the horse's sensitive facial areas from insects and debris
