Rawlings Heart of The Hide First Base Mitt 12.5 Inch Pro Tan FM18 Right Hand Throw

The Rawlings Heart of the Hide 12.5” First Base Mitt is built for first basemen who want pro-level quality, feel, and longevity at the bag. Crafted from Rawlings’ ultra-premium Heart of the Hide steerhide leather, this mitt is thick, durable, and designed to hold its shape through countless innings. As the standard (non-R2G) version, it arrives firm with minimal factory break-in—ideal for players who prefer to break in their mitt naturally and mold the pocket exactly to their hand and playing style. Featuring the trusted FM18 pattern, this 12.5” mitt offers a wide, stable catching surface that excels at scooping low throws while maintaining control on short hops and fast feeds. The classic tan shell and matching tan laces deliver a clean, traditional look, while the reinforced heel pad adds structure and durability in high-impact areas. A BOA wrist adjustment system provides a secure, customized fit, keeping the mitt locked in during every play. Finished with a soft tan lining, this Heart of the Hide first base mitt blends timeless style with elite performance for serious first basemen.
