Radial Bristle Brush, 6 in x 1/2 in x 1 in 1 Micron (Light Green) with Adapter, Type C Curved Bristle (Pack of 1)

Radial Bristle Brushes are manufactured with ceramic abrasive grain blended with aluminum oxide and molded into flexible bristles, providing more surface contact than wire brushes and maintains abrasive property throughout the life of the brush. This brush removes paint, stains, adhesives, weld burns, rust, heavy oxides, and surface contaminants. Flexible bristles produce uniform finishes around protrusions, detail grooves, patterns, and other hard-to-reach areas Cleans with minimal pressure Contains no wire filaments for improved safety. Under normal use, the flexible bristles remain safely in place and can achieve the desired finish using light pressure. The Radial Bristle Brush is designed to last longer than wire and other abrasive discs and works well on aluminum, brass, bronze, carbon steel, cast iron, stainless steel, and other metals. Applications include general industrial, aerospace, automotive, metalworking, transportation, and automotive as well as fine detailing requirements of electronics, jewelry and woodworking industries.

• Package includes 1 each Pro-Graad 1 Micron (Light Green) 6" Diameter x 1/2" Wide x 1" Arbor* (Includes telescoping wheel arbor reducer set which will reduce arbor hole size on wheel down for brush to fit on 3/4", 5/8" or 1/2" shaft sizes). This Radial Bristle Brush style is Type C , which has curved bristles.
• Molded, abrasive filled bristles strip, deburr, blend, finish, polish, clean, and remove coatings more effectively than wire brushes. The Radial Bristle Brush has uniform grinding force, wear resistance, and flexibility.
• The ceramic-aluminum oxide grain blend provides high degree of finish quality throughout the life of the brush. Conformability of the flexible bristles allows the brush to stay in contact and conform to contours to produce consistent finishes, even on complex parts.
• Applications include general industrial, aerospace, automotive, metalworking, transportation, and automotive as well as fine detailing requirements of electronics, jewelry and woodworking industries.
• Rotates and spins at maximum speed of 6,000 RPM. Contains no wire filaments for improved safety. Cleans with minimal pressure.
