- 【No More Guesswork – Drill Perfect Hinge Cups in Seconds】Our exclusive 35mm carbide drill bit comes with a fixed 13mm (0.511”) depth stop collar. This means for standard European hinge installation, you simply drill until it stops. Achieve perfectly consistent cup depth every single time without adjusting a separate collar, preventing loose hinges or drilled-through doors. Ideal for batch processing cabinet doors
- 【Dust-Free Workshop Experience – Integrated Vacuum Connection】Stop cleaning up frustrating mess. This jig features a built-in 1-3/8 inch (35mm) metal dust port that seamlessly connects to your shop vacuum. As you drill, wood chips are sucked away immediately, keeping your workspace, the cabinet interior, and your lungs clean. Turn a messy chore into a clean, professional operation
- 【One Jig, Multiple Offsets – 4 Pre-Set Distances from Edge】Versatility at your fingertips. We’ve built-in four precision-set drilling offsets (3, 4, 5, 6mm or 1/8”, 5/32”, 3/16”, 1/4”) from the door edge. Easily switch between full overlay, half overlay, or inset door applications without needing additional templates or complex calculations. Adapt to any cabinet design requirement in seconds
- 【Universal Compatibility – 3 Screw Patterns for Major Hinge Brands】Confused by different hinge brands and their required screw positions? Our concealed hinge jig simplifies it all. The hinge screw guide plates offer three pre-configured hole patterns, covering the specifications of nearly all popular concealed hinge brands like Blum, Salice, and Grass. No more searching for a specific jig for a specific hinge. One tool installs them all with factory precision
- 【Professional-Grade Durability – CNC Machined Aircraft Aluminum】Built to last a lifetime, not just a project. The main body is crafted from a solid block of CNC-machined aluminum alloy, far outperforming flimsy plastic jigs. It won’t bend, warp, or wear out. Combined with a dual-bearing guided bushing system, it guarantees rock-solid stability and flawless, tear-free holes for the ultimate in accuracy
- 【Clamp, Drill, Move On – Streamline Your Cabinet Projects】Time is precious. Our jig’s quick-clamp design means you spend seconds positioning, not minutes fiddling. Secure the hinge jig with one hand, drill your perfect 35mm hole, release, and move to the next mark in a fluid motion. This efficiency is transformative when facing a stack of cabinet doors, turning a daunting, tedious task into a quick, almost automated process. Reclaim your weekend and finish projects faster with this intuitive cabinet mounting tool
