- 【Perfect Fit for Bambu Lab X1/P1 Series – Easy Installation】 Designed exclusively for Bambu Lab X1, X1C, X1E, P1P, and P1S printers, the Conch Hotend M6 installs in minutes with zero modifications required. Simply drop it in, perform a heat-tighten at 250°C to ensure a leak-free seal, and you're ready to print higher speeds and tougher materials. It's the perfect professional-grade upgrade for makers seeking exceptional durability, thermal performance, and versatility.
- 【EndCoat Wear-Resistant Nozzle – 2.5x Longer Life】 Engineered for demanding multi-filament printing, the Conch Hotend M6 features proprietary EndCoat coating technology with industry-leading hardness of HV3300. This precision coating protects the nozzle tip and internal flow channel from extreme abrasion. Validated with 10KG of PA-CF carbon fiber filament, the EndCoat nozzle shows minimal wear compared to standard hardened steel nozzles that suffer severe wear after extended use. The result? 2.5x longer service life with consistent extrusion from start to finish.
- 【Multi-Filament Specialization – From PLA to Exotic Composites】 Specialized in multi-filament additive manufacturing, the Conch Hotend M6 handles virtually any material you throw at it: - Standard Filaments: PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU - Abrasive Composites: Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, Steel, Wood - Exotic Materials: Boron Carbide, Tungsten, Phosphor Pigment Whatever your project demands, this hotend delivers consistent, reliable performance.
- 【30-Second Quick-Swap Nozzle–Versatility at Your Fingertips】 Switch between projects in seconds. The tool-free nozzle system lets you swap nozzles in as little as 30 seconds. Choose from four orifice sizes to match your printing needs: - Φ0.2mm: Ultra-fine details and miniatures - Φ0.4mm (Included): The all-around standard for quality and speed - Φ0.6/0.8mm: High-flow for large prototypes and functional parts The replaceable nozzle design means you only replace the tip, not the whole hotend—saving you time and money on maintenance.
- 【Patented Rigid Kinematic Coupling】Anti-Twist Protection for Crash Resistance Don't let a print crash ruin your day. Featuring a patented rigid kinematic coupling system, the Conch Hotend locks the heater block securely in place while protecting the delicate heat break from torque and deformation. Unlike standard hotends that shift under pressure, this anti-twist design absorbs and redirects impact forces during collisions, minimizing damage to core components. Enjoy stronger protection, fewer part swaps, and long-term reliability.
- 【Easy Installation & Leak-Free Seal】Heat-Tighten for Perfect Results Designed as a perfect fit for the Bambu Lab X1/P1 Series, installation is straightforward. To ensure a leak-free seal, always perform a heat-tighten: 1.Heat the nozzle to 250°C. 2.Secure the heater block with a wrench. 3.Gently tighten the nozzle clockwise. This simple 30-second step compensates for metal expansion, ensuring a perfect seal and reliable, drip-free prints every time. It’s the professional-grade upgrade your Bambu Lab X1/P1 Series deserves.
