Discover the art of paper quilling in this beginner-friendly workshop!
Paper quilling, or paper filigree, is the art of using narrow strips of paper that are rolled, looped, curled, twisted, and shaped into different forms, then glued together to create decorative designs. With just a few simple techniques, you can transform paper into surprisingly intricate and beautiful artwork.
In this hands-on class, you'll learn the fundamentals to build a floral-inspired design inside a 5" wood shadow box frame.
Once you've learned the basics, you'll be able to apply your new skills to future projects like greeting cards, gift tags, wall art, and more.
All materials are included, and the quilling tool is yours to keep so you can continue creating at home.
