The mountain air of the Dolomites, fresh spring water, pure grain semolina, and an understanding of the art of pasta-making since 1908: These are the four elements that make the Monograno Felicetti pasta a true expression of Valentino Felicetti’s beliefs.Kamut is a Khorasan-type durum wheat that originated in the Middle East several thousand years ago and is the ancestor of our modern grains. This chiocciole (snail) shaped pasta is made with premium kamut and water. The Monograno Felicetti line strives to combine the selection of organic raw ingredients (the best grains, pure air, and water from the Trentino region) together with a vivid expression of the art of pasta making while adhering to the ethically and environmentally sound practices. Each box contains 1.1 lb (500g) of Monograno Felicetti Kamut Chiocciole. When you order this item you will receive one case of 12 - 1.1 lb packages of Kamut Chiocciole.
