Non-Woven Surface Conditioning Belts (6" x 48") by Combat-Abrasives

Non-woven belts, crafted from abrasive-infused nylon, are renowned for their consistent scratch pattern, ideal for applications seeking a satin finish. Available in four distinct grit levels, they range from coarse (brown, 60 grit) to ultra-fine (grey, 220 grit). Suitable for materials like stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics, these belts excel in smoothing surfaces and eliminating burrs, delivering a consistent finish in fewer steps.

• Use light to moderate pressure for most material grades
• Be cautious with the coarse grade; use a lighter touch to avoid excessive material removal
• The coarsest grade, brown in color, offers a 60 grit scratch pattern
• The medium grade, red in color, provides a scratch pattern of 80 to 120 grit
• The fine grade, blue in color, offers a scratch pattern of 150 to 180 grit
• The ultra fine grade, grey in color, leaves a 220 grit finish
