- Perfect Replacement for Outdoor Patio Heaters: Specifically designed to replace faulty thermocouplers in most propane-powered outdoor patio heaters (NOT universal—check compatibility first). Features a total length of 13.7" (350mm), 4.8mm flat terminal for dump switch connection, and M8*1 nut for secure valve attachment, making it ideal for heater repair.
- Flame Failure Safety Protection: Acts as a critical safety device—automatically shuts off the gas valve if the pilot flame goes out (closing valve time <10 seconds), preventing gas leaks and ensuring safe operation in outdoor spaces like patios, gardens, or decks
- Durable Copper Brass Construction: Made of high-quality copper brass material, with 100% pre-tested voltage and resistance (output >25mV) for reliable performance. Resists corrosion from outdoor elements, ensuring long-lasting use even in varying weather conditions.
- Easy Installation in Minutes: No complex tools needed—simply fix the thermocoupler head to the pilot bracket or mounting plate with clips, keep the tip 5mm away from the burner hole (right height), tighten the M8 nut to the gas valve, and connect the terminals to the tilt switch. Open the valve for 5-10 seconds to heat the head, then release—works instantly if installed correctly.
- Portable & Outdoor-Ready: Lightweight design (only 0.88 ounces) for easy carrying and storage. Exclusively built for outdoor use, it pairs with radiant-heat patio heaters to maintain warmth, making it a must-have replacement part for extending your outdoor heating system’s lifespan.
