- SIZE: This 12” x 21” sewing machine pad holds a wide variety of sewing machines. We would advise that you measure you’re the length and width of your sewing machine if you want to take extra precaution in making sure that your machine will fit on this platform.
- REDUCES VIBRATIONS & NOISE: The non-slip material on the bottom of the machine pad grips the underlying surface while the non-slip material on the top grips the bottom of your machine and holds it in place. The ABS plastic interior is highly durable and provides stability while the non-slip material sandwiching the plastic helps to absorb movement from your machine as you sew. A steady sewing machine reduces skipped stitches and uneven fabric feeding.
- ENHANCING SEWING: In the world of fashion design and quilting, sewing machines are pivotal elements in creating. There are even some DIY projects that require sewing machines. Being that these machines are crucial elements in so many processes, it’s not hard to understand why Martelli’s thought it was important to find a way to keep your machine stable for better operation and a more comfortable and smoother sewing experience. Tested by quilters, our machine pads are proven to enhance your sewing experience.
- LONG LASTING: Like many other Martelli products, this sewing machine pad is build to last. Made with strong & durable ABS plastic on the inside, you definitely won’t have to worry about this machine pad breaking. The no-slip material should not peel, but in the event that it did, any typical super glue would work to reattach it to the plastic. Additionally, the non-slip doesn’t rip easily. This product should last for years with proper care.
- EASY TO CLEAN: The non-slip material is fairly easy to clean. Simply dampen a washcloth with lukewarm water and gently wipe the material clean. - DO NOT OVERLY WET THE WASHCLOTH. - DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLEAN WITH CLEANING SOLUTIONS. - DO NOT SUBMURGE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER SOLUTIONS.
