- REFINED LINSEED OIL: Pressed from 100% flax seeds, refined linseed oil is a must-have medium for today’s oil painter. Pure, light, and very pale, this highly refined oil can be used in moderation to thin oil colors, enhancing the flow and workability of your paints, and helping you achieve smooth, rich strokes. It can also be used as an ingredient in traditional oil painting mediums or mixed with pigments to create custom colors.
- ADD GLOSS APPEAL TO YOUR WORK: Linseed oil is a suitable medium for oil painting. It is doubly refined to remove all wax impurities to produce a very clear liquid, which does not react with or change the shades of the color used. It adds flexibility to the oil colors. It acts to reduce the oil viscosity, slow the drying time, and increase the gloss of the oil paint.
- PRACTICAL: Linseed oil contains both linolenic and linoleic acid in amounts that are favorable to oil painters. Linolenic acid is the component in the oil that causes yellowing, but also creates a durable paint film. So any oil with a high linoleic content will produce a strong film.
- RADIANT COLOURS: Our linseed oil paints for painting increase the shine and luminosity of the oil paints. In addition, the oil paint linseed oil allows the colors to adhere better to the canvas. It assures a uniformly tough, elastic, and glossy film that repels water, resists weather, retards chalking, and prolongs paint film life. It is an excellent choice as an extender and fortifier of oil-based paint stains and primers.
- COMPLETE TRUST, NO WORRIES: Refined linseed oil gives oil colors a long-lasting shine and is excellent. We support our products with an efficient service, ready to solve any problem.
