Let The Reader Beware: The World's First Anthology of True Vampire Poetry

Let The Reader Beware is a haunting and poetic journey into the minds of the undead—an anthology of poetry written not about vampires, but by them. Spanning the centuries, the poems are said to be the authentic expressions of immortal beings wrestling with eternity, identity, and the lingering weight of their past lives. Introduced by Roy Doliner and curated by a mysterious figure known only as The Redactor, this collection serves as windows into the soul of its authors: reflective, bitter, tender, or tormented. The structure of the book, enriched with startling illustrations, enhances its eerie realism. Dated poems and archaic styles evolve over time, reflecting the changing world that these eternal beings drift through. The reader moves from Renaissance elegance to Victorian melancholy to 20th-century disillusionment, capturing the texture of eons passed in shadow.Let The Reader Beware invites you to enter a world where poetry is both a weapon and a wound. It is a work of literary horror, gothic romanticism, and speculative mythology—perfect for readers who enjoy the darker corners of poetry and the undead imagination. A book to be read by candlelight, it whispers from the page: these creatures have seen the centuries, and they have something to say. Read more
