HushMat ULTRA Auto Sound Deadening Mat

HushMat ULTRA, a pressure-sensitive, constrained-layer damper, boasts superior adhesion to various surfaces like oily cold rolled steel, aluminum, steel, fiberglass, coated automotive surfaces, and plastics. Its aluminum foil layer and viscoelastic polymer layer work together to provide effective vibration damping across a wide temperature range. Available in rectangular or square sheets, it can be hand-cut for custom configurations. ULTRA maintains adhesion through automotive bake cycles, including 288°C over-bake conditions, allowing application at any production stage. It's suitable for pre-painted and top-coated metal surfaces, compatible with automotive coatings, and won't contaminate spray operations. ULTRA's excellent adhesion offers superior corrosion resistance and is approved for many automotive specifications.
