- Superior Weather & UV Resistance: Engineered for outdoor durability, this ASA filament offers excellent UV protection and weather resistance, minimizing environmental stress cracking. Perfect for long-lasting outdoor applications like RC vehicle parts, automotive accessories, and outdoor signage—maintains structural integrity in sunlight, rain, and harsh climates. Combines the ease of ABS with enhanced outdoor performance.
- High Heat Tolerance & Robust Mechanical Properties: Withstands temperatures up to 100°C (212°F) and delivers exceptional impact resistance and toughness, ideal for functional parts requiring strength and heat stability. Follow standard ABS printing settings (Nozzle: 250°C | Bed: 90°C | Speed: 50mm/s) and use an enclosed printer for large prints to reduce warping—bridges the gap between reliability and high-performance engineering.
- Clog-Free, Bubble-Free Printing Experience: Patented anti-clog formula and 24-hour pre-drying process ensure smooth, consistent extrusion. Vacuum-sealed in resealable foil packaging to prevent moisture absorption, eliminating frustrating stops from bubbles or jams. Works seamlessly with most FDM 3D printers—both consumer (Ender, Prusa) and industrial models—for hassle-free printing every time.
- Premium Dimensional Accuracy (±0.02mm): Manufactured with advanced CCD diameter measurement and adaptive control systems, achieving 98% consistency in 1.75mm filament diameter (±0.02mm tolerance). No exaggerated specs—guarantees uniform layer adhesion and precise detail for mechanical components, functional tools, and intricate models that demand tight tolerances.
- Eco-Friendly Design & Versatile Compatibility: Packaged on 100% recycled cardboard spools (upgraded 3.0 packaging) for sustainable manufacturing. Available in a wide range of vibrant colors (including classic Black) to fuel creativity. Compatible with major 3D printer brands, making it perfect for both hobbyists and professionals. Plus, enjoy lifetime technical support—our team is ready to assist with settings optimization, troubleshooting, and more for flawless prints, every time.
