- Enhanced Driving Safety: The new caliper restores optimal clamping strength, cutting brake fade and enabling timelier emergency braking. Worn calipers can boost braking distance by 20%, a major road risk. It eliminates brake judder—old calipers often cause steering wheel/body vibrations when braking due to deformation or piston seizing, but replacement ensures smoother rides. It also prevents sudden failures, avoiding brake failure from old caliper oil leaks or piston rust, offering solid safety for every trip
- Optimized Brake Response: The hydraulic system of the new caliper is free from aging, resulting in a more linear and sensitive brake pedal feel. This makes it much easier to handle frequent starts and stops in urban congested roads. Through actual tests, the pedal travel has been shortened by 15%, which greatly improves the reaction speed. It completely solves the problem of "soft brakes", and the release of braking strength is more linear, effectively preventing the vehicle from rolling backwards. Additionally, the light strength is reduced by 30%, making frequent starts and stops a breeze, especially in heavy traffic where quick and smooth braking is essential
- Long - lasting Quiet Performance: The new caliper adopts an integrated silencing plate and stainless - steel guide pin design, which effectively eliminates the common abnormal noises of traditional calipers. This design is particularly suitable for humid environments, as it can reduce the abnormal noises caused by braking in such conditions. Whether you're driving on a rainy day or in a damp area, you can enjoy a quiet driving experience, making your journey more comfortable and pleasant
- Superior Rust Resistance and Durability: Alloy shell forms a double anti - rust barrier, and it has passed a salt spray test of more than 100 hours without any corrosion. This makes it especially suitable for areas with heavy rain and heavy snow, where the risk of rust is much higher. Compared with ordinary calipers, its service life is extended by 3 times, ensuring long - term and reliable performance even in harsh weather conditions
- Energy - saving Design: The low - resistance return system significantly reduces brake drag. This not only improves the overall efficiency of the braking system but also reduces abnormal wear of the brake pads. By minimizing unnecessary wear and tear, it helps save on maintenance costs in the long run
- E-nvironmental Protection Performance: The special diversion groove design of the new caliper reduces brake dust emissions by 70%. In today's world where environmental protection is of great importance, this feature plays a significant role in reducing air pollution. It not only benefits the environment but also keeps the wheels cleaner, reducing the need for frequent cleaning and contributing to a greener driving lifestyle
