- ππππ ππ’ππ ππππ₯ππ‘π πππ£ππππ§π¬ β Constructed with high-quality steel tube, the core of the bar is 1.5mm in thickness which allows it to bear a weight capacity of 440lbs. The supporting feet's bow-shaped form enables them to sustain higher weight with greater friction. A PVC cushion with a thickness of 1300mm has been added to the support surface to boost stability and increase resistance, preventing the pullup bar from coming off during training and protecting the door frame.

Reduce hand fatigue and effectively avoid calluses. For your narrow and wide grip exercises, the pull up bar without a screw offers additional comfort. According to the purpose of your exercise, offer more options for hand activity space.
- ππ‘π¦π§πππππ§ππ’π‘ ππ₯ππ π’π π¦ππ₯ππͺπ¦ ππ‘π ππ₯πππππ‘π β The FitBeast pull up bar is easy to install without screws or drilling. With bidirectional adjustment design, the bar saves installation time while ensuring the force balance. Rotating the door pull up bar allows both ends of a single rod to expand or contract at the same time and adjust the length easily. It can be installed on most doorways between 27.6-36.2 inches.
- πͺπππ ππ£π£πππππ§ππ’π‘ β The pull up bar allows you to adjust the height of the adjustable bar to match your exercises such as pull ups, sit ups, leg stretch, L-shaped sitting and training strap suspensions making it a very suitable choice for home exercise equipment. Singlepole installation tutorials and related training videos are provided for easy installation.
