Ergonomic Thick Grips | Size: Comfort (Small) with 1.75 Inch Outer Diameter

Incorporating Evolve Grips into your workout immediately helps you to prevent injuries and level up your gains. By increasing the thickness of your barbell, dumbbells and equipment handles, you will turbo-charge your workout, introducing a new neuromuscular challenge and activating more muscles. BENEFITS OF TRAINING WITH EVOLVE GRIPS: 1. Increase Muscle Growth - Training with Evolve Grips maximizes your workout by stimulating more muscle fibres, improving hand dexterity and increasing grip strength. 2. Improve Your Form - Our patented ergonomic design has been engineered to ensure that your hands and wrists are correctly aligned when holding your weights. No more sloppy form or inefficient lifting. 3. Prevent Injuries - The unique shape of Evolve Grips molds to your hands, providing support and relieving pressure on your palms and wrists. By reducing strain on your wrist joints, you can effectively target the desired muscle groups while avoiding the downtime associated with wrist pain and injuries. 4. Secure and Comfortable Grip - Made from our own proprietary silicone compound, Evolve Grips feature textural elements that were designed and precisely positioned for optimal density, comfort and grip. The hemispherical dimples maximize frictional force, while the undulating curves on the cylindrical region of the grip reduce rotational force. The design of this unique textured surface allows you to lift weights safely without contending with slippery and sweaty steel bars or painful calluses. VERSATILITY OF EVOLVE GRIPS: The bevelled rims on the sides of Evolve Grips allow them to fit onto a wider range of dumbbells, as well as angled EZ bars and a variety of equipment handles. EASIER TO OPEN: A common issue with conventional fat grips is that they can be difficult to pry open. Evolve Grips feature rounded edges at the opening, facilitating easier opening, placement and removal. WHICH EVOLVE GRIPS SIZE IS RIGHT FOR ME?: Evolve Grips are available in 3 different thicknesses to best achieve your specific goals no matter where you are in your fitness journey. This listing is for a pair of Evolve Grips Comfort, which have an external diameter of 1¾” (45mm) and are suitable for those who are starting out with thick grip training.
