- SCIENCE-BASED FORMULATIONS THAT WORK: Tired of eczema products that only mask symptoms? Easy as 1-2-3 is the first and only over the counter eczema management system to fully mirror the treatment recommendations of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Academy of Pediatrics for mild to moderate eczema. Each product is crafted in micro-batches for greater consistency, precision, and quality assurance.
- TAKE THE GUESSWORK OUT OF TREATMENT: Our color-coded, sequentially-numbered "steps" make it easy to remember the order of treatment and the frequency of each product's application: Cleanse your skin once a day with eczema 1, our non-foaming, ultra-gentle cleansing primer. Calm flares on an "as needed" basis for up to 2 weeks with eczema 2, our Th2 Manuka flare control spray. Repair and protect eczema-prone skin with eczema 3, our petroleum-free, ceramide-rich skin barrier repair cream.
- "LESS IS MORE" FORMULATIONS: What goes into our bottles is just as important as what we purposefully left out of them! Every product has been rigorously formulated to be fragrance-free, dye-free, and petroleum-free. All products are free of parabens, harsh preservatives, and any unnecessary "fillers." If an ingredient was not 100% necessary for our formulations, then we left it out. When it comes to treating eczema, simpler is usually better.
- DEVELOPED FOR WELL-INFORMED PARENTS: We develop our products using an evidence-based approach and leave the "whim, conjecture, and hype" out of our formulations. Pediadermics was founded by Dr. K, a pediatric dermatologist, and Dr. Dave, a pediatrician. We are both dads, and we have treated thousands of kids with eczema over our 20-year medical careers. We stand by our products, and we are proud to say we are free of Big Pharma influence.
- REAL RESULTS MADE SIMPLE: Eczema care shouldn’t be confusing, frustrating, or ineffective. Our Easy as 1-2-3 system streamlines treatment with clear steps, trusted ingredients, and formulations that follow the science, not fads or trends. It’s not the cheapest option—it’s the one designed to actually work. For families who’ve tried it all, this system will finally bring clarity and confidence to your eczema care routine.
