Sun sleeves for road cyclists who need UV coverage on warm-weather rides without the heat or weight of a long-sleeve jersey, the Assos Summer Arm UV Protector P1 is built from 89% polyamide, 8% polyester, and 3% elastane with UPF 50+ protection integrated throughout. The Clima Code 1 out of 3 rating positions these for use in warm and sunny conditions where blocking UV is the primary goal rather than adding warmth or wind resistance.
The 89% polyamide/8% polyester/3% elastane construction and UPF 50+ rating make these the appropriate summer arm sleeve for cyclists who want continuous sun protection on multi-hour rides without adding a separate layer of insulation.
