The knife is a solid and lightweight piece thanks to the connection of the handle with the blade by direct injection.
- ERGONOMIC AND SAFE DESIGN: The knife handle is lightweight and has smooth shapes and rounded lines for a comfortable grip. It has been made of polypropylene (PP) so it is very resistant to detergents and extreme temperatures. It can be cleaned with chemicals and is dishwasher safe.
