- UPGRADE YOUR FOB WITH RUGGED DESIGN: Give your factory remote a premium, minimalist makeover. This injection-molded PC-ABS key fob case housing adds durability, grip, and style while reducing pocket bulk and rattle. Ideal for shoppers browsing 3rd-gen Tacoma mods and looking for a long-lasting key fob shell replacement that feels OEM but tougher, with a clean AJT DESIGN aesthetic built for everyday use.
- COMPATIBILITY & MODEL YEARS: Compatible with Toyota Tacoma 2016-2023 (3rd Gen), Tundra 2020–2021, and 4Runner 2020–2021 with push button start only. This is a complete key fob replacement shell; transfer your OEM board, battery, and buttons to our key fob shell for a perfect fit. Not for non-push-start trims; see images to confirm your fob style before ordering.
- EASY 5-MINUTE INSTALL: Reuse the OEM electronics, rubber seal, and battery, then bolt together using the Allen key (included) and black socket head screws for a secure, serviceable build. The rigid PC-ABS key fob case resists drops, scratches, and heat better than soft silicone covers or slip-on sleeves, making it a smarter choice for shoppers comparing key fob replacement vs. covers.
- V1 DESIGN WITH VALET KEY STORAGE: Unlike the compact V2, the V1 version retains the OEM-style valet key storage slot, offering added convenience and a balanced, traditional shape. Perfect for drivers who prefer keeping their emergency key integrated inside the housing while still enjoying rugged, American-made durability.
- BUILT TOUGH & MADE IN THE USA: Proudly designed, engineered, and manufactured in the USA using high-grade PC-ABS plastic for long-term strength and reliability. Each piece is injection molded for a perfect fit and superior feel, showcasing AJT DESIGN’s dedication to quality craftsmanship. Ideal add-on for Tundra accessories, 4Runner accessories, Tacoma mods, and curated Tacoma accessories bundles.
