- OUTLASTS STANDARD HSS IN METAL — M35 COBALT STEEL, CBN GROUND — Manufactured from M35 cobalt steel with approximately 5% cobalt content and CBN-fully-ground to factory precision on every cutting edge — from the tip through every step on the shank. Designed for repeated use in stainless steel, hardened sheet metal, and structural steel where standard HSS loses its edge.A 25–28° spiral flute angle maintains chip flow without sacrificing edge strength — optimized for hand-held drilling in sheet metal and stainless.
- STAYS SHARP UNDER HEAT — INDUSTRIAL-GRADE AlTiN COATING — Aluminum titanium nitride coating applied at industrial grade significantly extends cutting life by reducing friction and resisting heat buildup in the cut zone. AlTiN's characteristic dark finish isn't decorative — the coating itself forms a hardness layer that protects the cutting edge during continuous metal drilling. For best results in stainless steel, use cutting oil and maintain steady pressure at low to medium speed.
- 3 BITS, 29 HOLE SIZES — THE COMPLETE SET FOR ELECTRICAL AND FABRICATION WORK — 6-step (3/16"–1/2"), 10-step (3/16"–3/4"), and 13-step (1/8"–1/2") cover the most common knockout and conduit sizes. Electricians running panel work, HVAC techs cutting enclosures, fabricators punching sheet metal: one set handles the whole job.
- FITS EVERY IMPACT DRIVER AND DRILL — 1/4" QUICK-CHANGE HEX SHANK — Snaps into any standard impact driver or drill/driver chuck without tools. Hex geometry locks the bit firmly so there's no rotation in the chuck, even under the torque of a full-speed impact driver. Works overhead, one-handed, in tight boxes.One-piece solid HSS construction — no welded joints, no weak points at the shank connection.
- STACKABLE INTERLOCKING CASE — BUILT FOR THE JOB SITE — Heavy-duty transparent hard case locks all three bits in individual slots. Clear lid lets you see your bits without opening the case. The interlocking rail system on the case sidewalls clicks multiple FRITZFURT sets together securely — no sliding, no toppling in a toolbox or truck bed.
