- Durable Construction Design: Our radiator pressure test tool features a solid aluminum manual vacuum pump, a 21" rubber nylon resin hose, φ3" large dial gauge, and a brass fitting for long-lasting durability. The large dial gauge with an index range of 0 to 35psi (0-2.5bar) is easy to read, while the chrome plated quick coupler with relief valve allows for quick connections to radiator adapters. The thermometer has an index range of 0 to 200℃ (32 to 400℉) for accurate readings
- Superior Coolant Vacuum Refill: Equipped with a brass manifold body and brass fittings, our coolant vacuum refill tool is durable and resistant to corrosion. The gauge has an index range of -30 to 0inHg (-76 to 0cmHg), with a recommended coolant refill range of -25 to -20inHg. The 18" rubber weave reinforced hose ensures durability, low fluid resistance, and high pressure bearing capacity, facilitating a tight air seal
- Easy Operation: Our water tank leakage detection tool is simple to use, typically taking just 10 minutes to detect leaks. Install a compatible radiator cap on the opening, operate the hand pump until reaching 10-15psi (note: not up to 35psi), and monitor the gauge reading. A drop in pressure indicates a leak in the radiator, prompting the need for inspection and repair. The coolant vacuum refill tool eliminates air pockets and prevents engine damage by drawing in coolant with the hand vacuum pump
- Advanced Leakage Detection: Our pressure leak tester kit is ideal for identifying internal and external cylinder leaks, as well as detecting head gasket failures. By pinpointing blocked areas or leaky cylinders, you can prevent coolant issues and maintain optimal boiling points. Regular checks with our tool help ensure the health of your cooling system
- Wide Compatibility: Included in the radiator pressure tester kit are essential components such as a hand pump with pressure gauge, vacuum purging & refill tool, various radiator adapters for cars and trucks, thermometer, rubber hoses, and universal cone-shape adapter for diverse vehicle radiator types. The color-coded and numbered adapters make selection intuitive and hassle-free, facilitating efficient use without confusion
